The Legends of Wolfchase is a 300-unit Class A- workforce housing community located in Bartlett, TN. The property was developed in 2002 and its central location places residents in close proximity to numerous large employers, commercial venues, schools, and local healthcare facilities.

The Legends is adjacent to Interstate 40 which provides residents immediate access to Downtown Bartlett and the Poplar/I-240 Office corridor.
