The Sponsor believes investment opportunities will be uncovered over the next 24 months as the U.S. economy goes through a cycle driven by disruptive forces. These disruptions include the nation’s long-term housing shortage, elevated home prices, rising interest rates, inflationary pressures, supply chain constraints, population and job migration, an economic slowdown, or possible recession.
The Fund will capitalize on these disruptions by investing in new developments and high-quality assets, including some from distressed sellers who may not be positioned to hold properties during the economic challenges expected over the next two years.
