Javelina Station is a 132-unit Class A student housing community serving Texas A&M University Kingsville in Kingsville, Texas. The property is located at 1300 W Coral Avenue adjacent to the campus and directly across the street from the 7 Million Dollar addition of 19 intramural fields, which will regularly bring 1000's of students within a few feet of the property. Texas A&M Kingsville has demonstrated significant growth over the past several years, averaging more than 9% enrollment growth from 2014-2016. The school's Master Plan is ahead of projections to reach 12,500 students by 2020.

Javelina Station was developed in 2005 to serve the students of Texas A&M Kingsville. The property consists of two and four-bedroom suites ranging from 720 square feet to 1252 square feet.
